Reader information

Privacy

This notice explains the information the journal receives and how it is used.

This is a plain-language draft for owner review before production deployment.

Information you provide

If you join the newsletter, we receive the email address you submit. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use that information only to provide the requested communication, respond to you, maintain our records, and protect the service from misuse.

Site and location information

The site may receive standard technical information such as browser type, referring page, approximate location, and IP-derived city. Approximate city information may be used to select a relevant sponsor; the journal does not request precise device location for this purpose.

Service providers

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Sanity for editorial content, Google Sheets for newsletter records, Resend for contact email delivery, and Google Analytics when analytics is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by using our contact form. Newsletter communications will include an appropriate way to stop future messages before regular campaigns are activated.

Changes

We may update this notice as the journal’s services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
